HR Manager/ Generalist


  • Good working experience in end to end IT recruitment
  • Searching Candidates resumes from the job portals as per clients requirement
  • Expertise in the areas of sourcing, screening, validating, interview coordination
  • Build and Maintain candidate’s relationship, pipeline, and proven ability to self-manage multiple positions
  • Experience in sourcing and screening profiles from various Job portals
  • Client-Candidate Relationship Management, Salary Negotiation, Job Positioning and follow ups during and after the interviewing process. You would deal with some of the best of talent and clients in IT.
  • Manage entire employee life cycle, also need to handle campus recruitment
  • Carry out smooth on-boarding activities for new joinees
  • Exit Management & Admin related work
  • Team Management
